Jennie & Lyall’s Colville Hall Wedding – August Sunshine, Love, and Dancing


Jennie & Lyall’s wedding at Colville Hall in August was the kind of day that stays with you—the warmth of summer, the joy of love, and an unforgettable evening celebration. Colville Hall, nestled in the heart of Essex, is an incredible venue that blends elegance and rustic charm. With its stunning Georgian house, beautiful walled gardens, and lush grounds, it offers the perfect setting for couples looking for something both sophisticated and laid-back. From the moment Jennie & Lyall arrived, the venue felt like it was made for them, offering both intimate spaces for quiet moments and large, open areas for their celebrations with family and friends.


The ceremony was filled with emotion, and from there, the day flowed perfectly into the garden reception, where guests enjoyed the sunshine, a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of laughter. But the real highlight of the evening was Kaileigh’s dance performance—a surprise that took the whole crowd by storm. It was a fun, lively moment that got everyone on their feet and set the tone for an amazing night. As the sun began to set, we snuck off for a few romantic portraits around the grounds, with golden-hour light casting a warm glow over the gardens. A perfect ending to a perfect day.
